Purchased March 2020. Only used for 2 local trips. One long weekend and one few week stay at local campground. MSRP $33-36K. Slide toppers, vent covers, powered vents in bathroom and kitchen, power stabilizers, power jack, outdoor kitchen, fully walkable roof, gas/electric fridge/freezer. Multiple essentials included (sewer hoses, water line with regulator, surge protector, etc). Also includes hitch, weight distribution, and sway control bars. Hitch adjustable but originally set to 2019 F150 Lariat 4WD.

Non smoking and never had pets in it, just a 4 person family twice. Essentially brand new other than dirt on the outside from being at storage site since winterizing last fall.
