Hello and thank you for viewing. I am not going to list all specs about my TOY HAULER as I am sure you know about this model (2 bedrm, 1.5 bath, 5.5k gen, sleeps 9, central vac, can dry-dock for weeks) or can look up exact info on line; but I am going to tell you ALL about why mine is DIFFERENT:

- GREAT condition, low use, zero issues, nicest one you will see!!!
- This is a special 10 year edition called the "X edition"; it is SHARP looking and VERY modern interior
- My business partner and I purchased it new. He used it for the summer of 2018 in OH, it then was stored INSIDE in late 2018 thru 2019, then I took it out 04/2020.
- I live in this RV FULL TIME; which means it is well cared for and I know every inch. You are buying a great trailer, NO suprises.
- This was my FIRST RV, so if it is your first I can help you if needed.
- We traveled from IL, down the east coast, then over to TX over the last 7 months. Easy to pull and never any issues. I put on ALL brand new tires so tires only have 2000 miles on them.
- Professionally ceramic waxed before starting my trip
- Because we are full time I have done MANY upgrades you will enjoy. Be it towel hooks, foldable hooks for clothes in the bedroom, TP & toothbrush holders, etc you will not have to think through all the things I did when we first hit the road.
- Large upgrades include a WI-FI extender and external fans to help the fridge stay ice cold.
- I am 6'1" and fit everywhere WITH EASE. I do love this RV and enjoyed living in it. The kitchen has plenty of space and I COOK everyday so need the space to work as well as the large fridge/freezer; for the 4 of us
- I converted the pin box to a gooseneck box as I did NOT want that big 5th wheel hitch in the back of my truck. I unhook, flip my gooseneck ball over, and the truck bed is back to normal. Let me be clear I did this the correct way no "adapters" it is a brand new Reese 20k pin box, with air bag, and the only one that does NOT void the manufacture's warranty, almost $2k upgrade.
- ONLY reason I am selling; we're getting a new trailer w/different layout as we continue to be Full Time
