We have used this Crossroads Cruiser Aire 5th-wheel trailer 2 winters in Arizona. We have found a winter home in Arizona and no longer need an RV for winter living. It is in excellent shape with brand new tires. We are the only owners this trailer has ever known, and it has been shedded when not traveling all of its life. The length plus three slide-outs make for comfortable living space.

We had a $3000 Winegard satellite dish installed last fall that will work with DirecTV or DISH. The price included installation so that a person just carries their receiver box into the trailer and plugs it in. There is a BOSE speaker system that we will include.

The couch makes into a good queen-sized bed. The bedroom has a queen mattress. You can see from the photos that there's quite a bit of storage space inside, as well as below. Air conditioner and furnace work very well. No problems with refrigerator/freezer. Oven and all burners work.

Included in this price is a B and W 5th-wheel hitch if the buyer needs it. Otherwise, the price will be reduced by $1000. Also, a sturdy step which adds one step going into the trailer for older knees. We like it! It folds for traveling and has a hand rail. If you don't want this, the price will be reduced by $300. A front tri-pod for stability while parked is included.
