This is a real Class B RV with a toilet, shower/tub, microwave, stove, sink, black/greywater/fresh water system. Only 69,953 original miles! Seats 5 and sleeps 2 adults (and a sleeping loft for kids). This van is great for off the grid camping as it has solar panels, 2 marine coach batteries (separate from the cab) and a gas generator. We took out the outdated carpet and added reading lamps, custom wood table, upgraded faucets, and we added a back up camera built into the rear view mirror. We have had zero engine problems as we have had regular oil changes and kept this beauty well maintained. This camper is less than 20 ft long so you can fit in regular parking spaces. It has a propane water heater so you have hot water in the sink and shower. The propane is super efficient and we rarely have to fill it. We have an antique Kilim rug that is cut to fit the van (if you want it)
