***Price drop*** Discovered delamination/separation occurring in the nose cap (see added pics) since it's been in storage. Unsure of direct cause or extent of it, but there isn't any interior signs of leaks. It really is a great RV, but we're done traveling and it needs to go to a new home. It's the perfect couple's RV - travel trailer with 5th wheel size with all the accessories and extras ready to go. This rig was a park trailer when we purchased it and has been on one long-term road trip in 2018 and only short trips since. Weight distribution hitch with 2.5" shank, cords, hoses, and much more included with sale - a 2nd battery was also installed. FYI - There is still a bank lien.
