Thousands below low NADA retail. Bought a diesel pusher and this needs to go to free up my camp space. Bought three years ago from Ansley's and had new tires and new topper awnings done at that time. Towed less than 100 miles to campsite and stored under 20x40 shelter. Clear title. If it doesn't sell will trade to dealer but don't want to tow it 200+ miles. Awning has a 4 inch tear that was repaired at dealer. One tip out has very minor damage on corner (can't tell unless you look close) one ceiling fan blade was broken and repaired and front jacks are missing pull out pins but does not affect operation. Absolutely no leaks or water damage. Everything works at is should.
