Easy to tow Used SL167VMS. We have kept it in excellent condition. Single owner from new. Limted use and miles. The RV features a rear kitchen with lots of storage and counterspace, pantry and coat closet by the entrance. Has a 2-way gas/electric fridge, convection microwave, 2 burner gas stove (custom made wood cover included), and the original sink cover. The kitchen has its own dedicated grey tank of 20 gallons. The bathroom has a tall shower under a skylight (fits me at 6" 3"), foot flush porcelain toilet, mirrored medicine cabinet, and under sink storage. We upgraded the fan in the bathroom to a vortex 2 which is included. The 2nd grey tank is for the shower and bathroom sink, also at 20 gallons. The black tank is 30 gallons. Has a 6-gallon gas/electric water heater. The Slide out contains a bench dinette, which the table lowers, and it can form an extra bed. All areas under the cushions have large storage compartments. In the front is two open overhead shelves with netting to keep everything secure, and one hanging clothes cupboard. Above the bed is a swivel mount TV that swing around for easy viewing from the dinette. The TV is connected to an antenna, as well as a DVD/Bluetooth/CD entertainment system. We upgraded the RV queen sized bed (60” x 74”) to a memory foam mattress, amazingly comfortable for a good night’s rest. The bed lifts to access the pass-through storage. The front kitchen sink window has metal blinds, while the other windows feature pleated pull down shades. Heat is from a gas furnace in the kitchen area, AC is mounted on the roof. Outside it has two hatches for the pass-through storage, powered awning with LED Lights, fold out stairs, outdoor speakers, power tongue jack, 4 levelers in each corner, black tank flush, city water connections, solar and shore power connections, and cable/satellite plugs. When we purchased it, we had them do a Duratain clear coat, it has shown no sign of fading. Pictured in the exterior photos is the cover and 2 30lb propane tanks, these will not be included in the purchase, 2 5lb tanks and cover will be included. Price also includes an Adco RV cover, trailer hitch with sway bars, and a Primus RF trailer brake system.
