This is a Thor Majestic 28a cruise America style class C Motorhome. My wife and I love it and lived in it for a month but it isn’t big enough to live in for a year with kids. We installed a composting toilet so we didn’t have to deal with black water and we replaced the microwave with a Breville oven/toaster. This is set up for living in full time, just maybe not with five kids. Drove it from Manassas to Luray and added a Garmin RV large screen gps, tire pressure monitoring system, and a backup camera. I put together an RV maintenance kit for regular upkeep. There is also a via air compressor that was purchased and brand All additions will convey to new owner if you want them for no extra cost. If you get this from cruise America you will have to wait at the very least a month for it to transfer from Arizona. Driving it was easy if you have ever driven a uhaul or similar style medium box truck; it’s not like you have to learn to drive a bus.  

Boards on bunk bed are removable. They were  on the top for dividers for my kids.
