Excellent condition. Trading up to a 5th wheel and we need to sell this quick or take the hit on trade in! We absolutely loved this unit for its very large living area and big windows. Really made the travel trailer feel so big inside. The entire unit is in great condition. We added a few extras like the clear entry door window with built in shade, dimmer for the main lights, cargo rack on the front tongue. Tires are also new in the past 5 months.
