I'd say it is like new but new trailers don't come with all the upgrades I've done. Dual deep cycle 12 volt batteries in parallel with the factory solar plug; 1500 Watt 120 volt Krieger inverter; custom bedroom shelves and pull out drawers under the bed; frame mounted 2" rear hitch to carry bikes or motorbike; wireless rearview camera and drawer organizers. Buying a new trailer comes with a large amount of work to get it dialed in but this trailer comes ready to go and it's $15K less than a new one. This unit has the dual heated massage recliners right in front of the 32inch TV. Two grey water tanks, one fresh water tank and one black water tank. AC, Propane heating, automatic awning and slide out. Bumper to bumper length is 29' 8". Never been lived in. Dry weight 5725 lbs. Come check it out.
