Garage stored and used about twice a year. Very good condition. Both ends convert from table to bed. Larger one fits a queen size mattress (which we thrown in with the sale if you are interested - clean!). Cushions look barely used and all countertops are in excellent condition. Refrigerator, furnace , microwave, Fantastic fan, air conditioner, and plumbing all work and tested. Two propane tanks with new regulator. New tires. Non smoking. Dogs have camped with us.

The power center was replaced in fall 2017 with a WFCO WF-8735-P Black 30 Amp Power Center. At the same time a Progressive Industries HW30C 30 Amp Hardwired EMS-HW30C RV Surge & Electrical Protector was installed. We also replaced all the light bulbs with LEDs.
