Sleeps a lot of people: 1 adult (or 2 kids) in the over-cab "loft", with its own little cabinet, tv and privacy curtain, 1 adult in jackknife couch (or two kids), a child in converted diner booth, 2 adults in queen walk-around bed in back, and 1 adult (or 2 kids) on the fully extended- living room floor in sleeping bags. No leaks, just got new inspection sticker. 3-burner propane cooktop stove, propane oven, splatter hood, microwave, 2-door refrig (runs on propane or electric), 30,000 BTU furnace runs on electric (i.e., shore power or run generator), 15.0 BTU ducted roof A/C (shore power or run generator), 6 gallon water heater (propane or electric), 5,000 lb hitch, Ford 450 Tritron V-10 gas engine (figure 8-10 MPG, depending on grade, city or highway), outside shower and GFI outlets, pass-through storage, spare tire, 16,200 miles. Hardly used. I'm second owner, got too busy to travel. Good shape. The clear coat exterior paint is starting to peel in places, therefore bargain price.
