Clean title. Original interior including 8 track player! Classic hard to find Argosy 28'. Mostly original in decent shape. Was kept in AZ for years.

30 amp service, lights work, stereo works, fridge/freezer works, a/c hums and should be replaced, no roof leaks, no heater. Floor has two soft spots (one near toilet, the other is at entry door). Overall original interior in decent shape.

Obviously needs a paint job and would look more complete. Plan was to finish, but have another project taking precedence.

Tires OK but would replace if we were keeping.

I have seen these listed for $25,000+ finished so could be great investment for handy person.
