2018 Sandpiper 5th wheel in excellent condition! We have been full-timers for about 3 1/2 years and are finally settling down and buying a house. We have loved living in this RV, and hate to see it go, but we can't have it all. Roof was sealed in 2020 and we have performed routine maintenance. Some surface rust from our 6 months at the beach, but everything works perfectly. Residential refrigerator, 2 AC units, 25 gallon external propane tank included, tire covers included, solar sun screens included (these make a huge difference in the Texas heat!). There is a tear in the awning where it connects to the side of the rig that does not interfere with function. Hydraulic stabilizers, 2 entry doors, full-size shower, king size bed, 2 pull-out couches sleep 4, massage recliners, 50" TV in front living area, 32" TV in bedroom, lots of cabinets and storage inside and out.
