Unique situation so please read until the end. This camper will include nearly everything needed to get on the road and start camping. In addition to being renovated, we are including all of the towing equipment, kitchen appliances, tv and all items needed to hookup at a campsite.

Unique situation: we bought this during quarantine. We went to register it a few months ago when the DMV reopened. Since the title was salvaged (hail damage) we didn’t have the right paperwork. The original owner has since then submitted the correct paperwork and we are waiting on the new, correct title. The original owners had the roof replaced when they accepted the salvage title because insurance paid off their remaining balance and paid for the new roof. So, we are waiting on the new title, but we’re moving in 3 weeks so we’re hoping to get enough interest before we move for a quick sell so that we don’t bring the trailer with us. 
31 feet long, one slide out. Two single bunk beds in the back, couch folds into full bed and can sleep 1-2 people, and queen master bedroom with sliding doors that lock.

AC works great. Purchased new propane tanks and tires last summer.
