Like new. We purchased this camper new last year to travel safely during Covid. We did a lot of research before making this purchase & were very happy with it. This is the perfect size camper for a couple or a couple with 1-2 kids. We wanted to stay as small as possible, for easy towing & ability to fit at any campsite we found available. This generation of Rockwood Mini Lite's are made out of Azdel.
