This is a great RV for full-time living. My wife and I lived in it for over a year with our one-year-old son while we traveled. Those are memories that I will never forget!

NOTE: I am in the process of thoroughly cleaning the trailer inside and out. New pictures will be posted once this is complete. Also, I removed the battery to charge it, which is why there are no pictures with the slides extended. Expect those later this week.

The interior has been painted. I was in the middle of redoing the interior again when we decided to sell it. The cabinet doors are removed (to sand and paint) but they are all included.

The only deferred maintenance that I'm aware of is:
- the seams of the slide out roofs need to be resealed ($1,500 at a service center or a few hundred dollars to do it yourself)
- the awning support arms were bent due to improper stowage while a friend borrowed the trailer (I assume they need to be replaced, but it could potentially be fixable)
- the carpet needs to be cleaned or replaced from normal wear
- the slide-toppers (installed on all 4 slides) need to have a new waterproof coating applied to the top of the material or be replaced

I replaced one of the glass panels in the shower with a vinyl panel so that you can't see into the shower from the living area even if the sliding door is opened. If you prefer the glass, I've been told that a matching panel would probably cost around $200.

I have accounted for the deferred maintenance in my price. The NADA retail value for the base model 2006 Keystone Everest 366i is over $15,000 (details here https://www.nadaguides.com/RVs/2006/Keystone-RV/M-366-I/4090398/Values).

I will be happy to have an inspection performed locally (Chilhowee RV or Camping World - both on Alcoa Highway between Knoxville, TN, and Alcoa, TN) if reimbursed.
