Very Good condition, Comes with everything you will need to hook it up to a normal house plug and a normal house outdoor hose but it will require a 30 amp breaker. The trailer has a master been room, bathroom with everything working, and a dining room/living room/kitchen. This trailer must be picked up. I can not deliver it. The trailer has an amazing surround system with a tape deck and an aux-in. The Air Conditioner works great on very hot days and the bed is very comfortable. There is also TONS of storage space. The kitchenette seems like it has barely been used and is in amazing condition. This is the perfect trailer for a family getaway!
