This rig was purchased and kept in the south until this summer when it made a trip up north. It had always been climate controlled with full ac/heat as needed. Comes With everything to get on the road (hook up stuff etc) and we can sell the pull right super glide 16000 pounds slider hitch set up as well. Willing to deliver for agreed fee in eastern US. Very solid, structural systems all great.
We did some modifications including shelves above stove (micro in outdoor kitchen) 36 in fireplace with shelves behind TV. New trim, peels tick tile, new bed room bed lamps, mattress, kitchen sink faucet.
A couple of cosmetic bruises that do not impact the use of this great rig:
Small tear in vinyl floor, glued down;
The passenger side tire blew last summer and the plastic outer fender and piece it is attached to is is bent. Both Can easily be replaced; small holes around door, apoxied and barely noticeable.
No structural damage, no leaks or water ever to rig. Very well maintained roof, exterior etc

Original and in great shape recliners, pull out sofa, dining table and chairs are solid but don't look new like the sofa and recliner.
