Our travel plans didn’t work out and this has been stored in a metal building since new. Has never been used to travel in and only slept in a handful of times during the construction of our new home. The gas stove has never even been turned on. The trailer is immaculate.

We planned to travel in the mountains and haul our jeep so we focused on Sundowner because they have a lower profile, are a superior product and are built incredibly well. At the time, it was one of the few toy haulers that could carry a 4000 lb jeep.

Sundowner RVs are only sold at small specialty trailer dealers with very few in stock.

After looking at the floorplans online, we chose the 2286GM with a comfortable kitchen & living area and ample room for a Jeep or large UTV. Yep, then we didn’t go anywhere!

There is room for a queen mattress in the front upper area and the couch folds out into a bed.
