Tilt wheel, cruise control, Firestone air bag stabilzer & leveler for rear shocks w/electric compressor pump button inside cabin near driver to adjust ride. $3000 work done in February 2021 on exterior firming up storage areas w/new wood, new hinges, & new gasget all around the fiberglass roof where attached to the body as preventive maintenance) Tires are in excellent condition w/tire covers kept kept on. Les Schwab did a safety test in Feb 2021 and June, no issues reported. We have owned since 2004. Galley with propane cooktop, indoor toilet w/shower, sink, medicine cabinet plus an outdoor shower wand to wash up. Outside manual awning (awning needs adjusting). Twin rear couches w/seatbelts become 2 twin beds in rear that can push together for one larger bed. We leave space for aisle to walk during night. Microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, propane cooktop w/exhaust fan, kitchen sink. Several cabinets for storage. Privacy curtains all around with several window screens we added. 2 swiveling captain chairs for driver & passenger. Interior in excellent condition. No tears. Seats and upholstery in excellent condition. Needs one new or repurposed fiberglass outside driver side cosmetic cover over back outside back storage carpartment. Front hood wind deflectoe reattached as shown in some photos. New Class B's are 4 times the cost. You can enjoy great mileage & camping. We traveled across USA & Canada & could get in & out of places easier than many larger RV's. Ample storage below for deck chairs, fishing rods & supplies just replaced. Located on San Juan Island, Friday Harbor, WA. Class B is just the right size for one person or a couple to travel comfortably & affordably compared to larger RV's. We averaged 15-18 miles per gallon depending upon roads & highways. Just inspected May 14th,2021 by RV specialist with inspection report provided. All fluids just replaced as RV specialist recommended as RV sat up for a while (new brake fluid, new transmission fluid, power steering fluid,radiator flushed, new antifreeze). Storage compartment all new. French Oak vinyl plant flooring just installed. This RV has only the Dodge Van A/C, "not" another auxillary rear AC. We had a simple extra window AC we used when needed and stored it in rear of RV when not needed. A lot less costly than any built-in auxilary AC & less to repair than any added auxilary rear AC.
