Single owner, very low use and in great condition. I believe this is the best value for anyone looking for one of the most versatile motorhomes. Everything is in great condition and the garage was mainly used as a bedroom and traveling office. You won't find a better condition, more practical and lower priced motorhome. There is nothing this nice or newer in the $60K range and it won't last long.

Purchase process:
1- Zoom/Whatsapp - virtual walkthrough for buyers with cash offer, I will require to a day or so advanced notice as I work and I have to go to storage to show it.
2 -After virtual tour interested buyer can inspect in person - test drives will require proof of insurance with RV endorsement and since I'm not a dealership I'll need an additional insured rider or certificate in my name. Otherwise I can take you on a ride but you can't drive.
3 - We sign certificate of sale - payment must be made by ACH or in person in the bank if you bank with Chase at which point we can also make a DMV appointment to transfer the title in person.
4- Upon payment clearing the title will be signed over at the DMV - the vehicle must be transferred at the DMV with both parties present. Will not sign over outside of DMV to avoid the vehicle and liability remaining on me until the buyer transfers. If you intent to take out of Florida,. I don't know how that works, I'd recommend that transfer it locally, then do your own process to transfer it out of state.
