Maintained by professional dealer and kept under shelter while not in use. Pleasure use only 2-4 times per year. Everything works as it should and no leaks in plumbing or roof. Roof was just recoated with seasonal prep before the end of this past season. Gel coat was just professionally buffed and ceramic coated for extra protection in upcoming summer. Tires have at least 75% tread left and brakes look brand new. Fifth wheel, chassis, and all electrical was recently inspected by local dealer and checked out perfectly. The grey and black tanks have treated religiously with enzyme cleaners. My family has seriously enjyed this camper, but it is time for a bigger and better upgrade.
