2013 Heartland - Bighorn Silverado 36TB Fifth Wheel. Very well maintained, everything works great.

Works great, functions perfectly. Just a big big for my family's needs right now. We used it as a tiny house for a bit less than a year and loved it. Just looking to downsize now as we bought a house.
It has nice tall ceilings which makes it feel like a home.
It has the 4 season package so it's fine in cold weather. It comes with a custom skirt too which really helps. I have heated drinking hoses I will include as well if the buyer wants.
I also have a For F350 with hitch to tow this, sold separately if interested.
The only modifications I made is to make a side vent for the washer and dryer so clothes dry quicker. Also, the previous owner rerouted the drain lines for the gray tanks so they valves work better. They work great. I'm the second owner.
I will include a bunch of extras I bought for it including stabilizers and other nice accessories.

It's a queen mattress in the master which leaves room on either side of the bed. Does not come with the queen mattress but does come with mattresses for the bunks.

Highlights: Has two bathrooms with two entrances. Kids can have their own bathroom and entrance. Has an outdoor kitchen with independent stove and fridge. Plenty of storage under the bay. Audio system that plays music inside and outside. 4 slide-outs make plenty of room, they work great. Other stuff I'm sure I'm forgetting. Water heater can run on gas or electricity to be flexible for dry campaign. Fridge too.
