Sale Pending 3/4/21

We ordered this RV new and have loved it. The only reason we are selling is to upgrade to a Class A Diesel. It has been reliable and the bunkhouse floorplan has allowed us to travel with our kids with enough room for them to bring friends. Our favorite features on this rig are the optional hydraulic auto levelers and the Ford E450's 7,500 pound towing capacity.

It has been well maintained with full synthetic oil and OEM filters and stored indoors anytime it has not been in use, which has generally been one two week trip and a half dozen weekends per year. The RV still smells new and everything works as it should. The tires are in very good condition with no plugs or patches. It has needed no major repairs and we have a clear title in hand.
