This has been Very Lightly Used only seasonally and has been kept under a Covered Area which is evidenced by the pristine exterior condition! The Sony camera only used flash when it felt it was necessary as it is on auto setting. Everything is in Operational working order--windows, doors, locks, plumbing, electrical, AC, Heat, and LP. All slide outs work properly with no issues. The 2nd AC unit is located in the bathroom--see pics. This does have the removable tongue on it so you could put skirting all the way around it. Additionally, there are no holding tanks on this. There is nothing faded, ripped, torn, or worn on the interior. Interior scent is like "New" clean & pleasant. Furniture has all had protective covering over it since new so as to remain as nice as possible. Retractable 21' Awning, Front Entry Door is 30" wide and 2nd Entry Door is 24" wide.
