Unfortunately because of illness we have to sell our RV we bought to full time. It is in very good condition and comes with extras like patio rugs, hitch stabilizer, 50' 50 amp port cord, sewer lines, washer and dryer combo, wheel chocks and a set of wooden entry steps made to notch together and will fit in basement for transport. We removed the sofa in the back and replaced it with a desk and glider rocker.
