We still use this trailer every other week. The trailer is in good shape for its age. Front driver side corner is a little crooked because of some water damage when one of the outside wall siding opened up a bit. I replaced the damaged wood, but it is still a little crooked. This does not affect the functionality. We are 2nd owners, this has been in our family for the past 11 years. We began to change a few things in the bathroom area such as wallpaper and paint but decided we would like to change to a traditional travel trailer.
