This 37' Georgetown is ideal for the anyone that enjoys the outdoors or traveling. As the 2nd owner, I've put not quite 7k miles on this unit along with a lot of upgrades within the last 1.5 years. Upgrades include new windows (with a lifetime guarantee), two new 13,500 BTU roof a/c units, new hardwood flooring in the living area, new electronic dual recliner with center console, new main awning (power operated), new batteries, new furnace, new generator fuel pump and filter and new Michelin tires.

This coach is powered by a Ford V-10 gas engine with only 21,455 miles. The 5500KW gas generator supplies all of the power necessary for dry camping. There is a 5,000 lb. hitch with electrical connections. All slides (3) have topper awnings plus a 5' window awning on the living area window. Leveling jacks are fully automatic. A rear camera provides a great view of a towed vehicle or ideal for backing into a camp-site.

The interior of this coach provides a very spacious living area.
