The unit is in great shape barely used. Counter tops very nice big sink. Never used the oven. Nice storage in master room. Automatic Jacks, 2 doors one that goes right in and out of the bathroom, doors are on oposite sides of the trailer. Trailer still has warranty but does not come with a warranty. Im telling you this to let you know the trailer is in great shape will maintained. Has pass through storage. Bathroom is niced sized with medicine cabinet,towel hanger, nice storage cabinet above the toliet. Bearings oiled and maintencance all kept up. Just replaced the inverter. The trailer is solar ready. Ushaped dinette, wheels and rims are all good. Has spare tire,ladder and hook up for back rack. USB ports but bed with extra plugs. The unit is not paid off so we would have to right a contract/promise note for pink slip to be mailed to you as soon as the bank recieves there money. You will take possesion of the trailer when you pay for it.
