For sale is our camper only. Purchased in 2016, title in hand, adult owned and stayed in (no kids) on weekends only 6 months of each year. New air conditioner in 2020, upgraded to stainless refrigerator in 2018. Upgraded to a 12” pillow top mattress in the bedroom. Our camper was delivered to us by the dealer and has stayed on our campsite since. We take everything out of the camper every fall, when we open the camper in the spring it still has the new camper smell to it. Tires in perfect shape, no dry rot. The theater seating shows signs of wear and tear on the head rest.
