Hi I'm selling a 2015 crossroads reserve 31bh the camper is in good shape overall. We did up grade the hot water heater to a on demand we also put a full queen size pillow top mattress In also.there is a couple things cosmetic that don't look so good but that's why we our asking a little less for it. The first day we owned the camper I did put a side of the garage through the front of the camper. This is one of the cosmetic things that is wrong we had it repaired but the fiberglass is cracking around the repair and the inside we just stuck a panel up over the insulation repaired you can see in some photos I have taken. The next is someone's tire had fell off at the intersection we have it for sale at and rolled in to the bottom of the camper and put a small dent in i also took a picture of that.
