RV is in good condition. Only used 1 or 2 a year. No pets and no smoking. Has a small scratch on the passenger rear side, Front window power shades not working and main awning materal needs to be replaced. Electric awning frame is in good condition and has been upgraded to automatically retract in case of high wind. Price is negotiable but serious inquirers only please.
