Greetings! So before i rattle on what comes with the WS31 let me first fill you on the use and short life in my hands. The RV entertained a family of 3 on a whooping 188 miles, thats right i have only put on 188 miles since purchase, which was 3/26/2020.
This is a fully equipped WS31 not the SE which i have seen advertised with no real goodies. There are 3 TV'S tied into a single media box which you can add your own source (like a dvd player, ganme console, computer, you name it), with one tv outside! Full sized RESIDENTIAL FRIDGE, SOLAR PANEL ready, BACK UP CAMERA, GPS, SURROUND SOUND, ONAN 4000 generator, MICRO/CONVECTION oven which really can act as an oven. Stove top which has an induction top, also with two gas burners, the stainless steel sink is also residential in size. There are TWO A/C units that are directly connected to ducts throughout the rv, along with CENTRAL HEAT POWERED BY GAS. I may not be able to list everything so please google the WS31 and i can fill in any questions. It does have the WINEGARD DISH/ROUTER which can creat an internet connection or push and amplify your own wifi.
Cab over bed has a MASSIVE WINDOW with an electric shade, there are storage compartments and power supplies, the little apartment also has it own Covered vent with fan along with vents from the central air.
The dinning table can seat two per side, the table top folds flat to allow for a sleeping area. The two Theater seats fully recline to face the dinning tv.
The Master bed in the rear has space to allow for a FULL SIZED QUEEN MATTRESS, i had Tempupedic shoved into the space quite nicley without affecting the slide out performance. There are two full sized CLOSETS, under the closet spaces there are more than 8 DRESSER DRAWERS. We were attracted to this RV because of the LARGE STORAGE spaces similar to a home.
Bathroom has vanity/drug cabinet, also there are two large compartments with large amounts of storage. Shower has upgraded shower head. The black/grey water system has monitoring box, also the system has a SANIFLOW connection.
Exterior has 8 storage compartmets, there are 3 that are weather tight, they all have lightening, some with power. The sun shade, generator, exterior lighting and stabilizers are all electric and remote controlled.
