Looking for a modern RV that allows you to camp in style? With all the upgrades in this RV we set it up for comfort! Updated vinyl flooring, painted cabinets, curtains, deep sink, and tile backsplash! There is a full size futon couch (sleeps 1) along with dinning table and chairs that comfortably seats 7 plus! The table can be turned into a small bed to sleep 1. The bunk above the driver is larger than a king and sleeps 2 comfortably. We had a stainless steel panel to bring creativity over the fridge. The kitchen offers significant storage with cabinets the full length of the living and kitchen area. The RV is equipped with gas stove and oven (upgrade & brand new). There is also a pantry with storage bins to add for organization. The back room is a walk around queen with two hanging closets, plus storage above the bed. The back room closes off with the door to add for additional privacy. The queen mattress is a memory foam (upgrade) and is very comfortable.

Tires have less than 15K. All maintenance including transmission flush and oil changes are done on time. RV was recently resealed as well. No leaks or mechanical problems.
