Thank you for taking time to look at our beautiful Fifthwheel. This is a one owner. We are very picky people. We take extremely good care of our things. This is used but is as close to a new unit as you will get in a used one. We live in the mid west. This unit since it was new has been kept in a large heated building all year round. It has only been used 5 or 6 times. Each year the roof is washed twice and rubber roofing protector is add. It is waxed at least 2 times also each year. This has been done professionally and by me. The pictures speak for themselves. There are many extras that come with this unit. My wife likes having the washer and dryer. There is an outside cover that is specially made for this RV. It comes with a water softner that my wife loves. It also has a residential refrigerator with water and ice despencer. It has the automatic leveling system. We are including a Tailgater Satellite and reciever. The under carriage has been repainted at least two times. The doors and locks have been lubercated yearly. A couple of years ago we changed out the original tires for Goodyear. It has 3 slides with toppers. It has two fans. One is a residential and the other is an RV. For now we have the residential one installed. In the pictures you see it . There are two a/c units. This fifth wheel cost $65,000 when new. We are asking $39,999. If interested we are looking to sell our truck too. It is a beautiful 2015 GMC Sierra 3500 diesel truck. It is loaded. It does have 4 wheel drive with tow assit. In the bed you will find a Q24 Curt slider hitch. The bed is rino lined. There is a cover for the hitch also along with a cover for the truck when you are camping. The truck has air bags that help with the weight of the unit and two tailgates. One when you are pulling and one that is standard. As in the picture you can see how clean the outside is. The inside is just as clean. It only has 39,000 miles on it. In the winter it sits in the garage and hardly gets driven in the summer. When purchased this truck cost over $60,000. If interested we would be willing to let both go for $90,000. The RV has to be sold first or together. We are asking that only serious buyers contact us. Please no contacts about selling my unit.
