This 5th wheel has been set up in an RV Resort in Mesa AZ since my purchase July 2020; Val Vista & Main area. I had black tank cleaned and a repair company to check out the systems.

Bedroom: King Serta bed w/lift-up storage, like new, quality mattress. Dresser w/a counter, full closet w/shelves, clothes bar. Adjoining washer/dryer closet. Electronic hook-ups above counter.
Bathroom: Full shower with seat, sliding door, shower skylight, cabinets.
Large loft: Vent, lighting, window, electronic hook-ups. Enter using tilt-out ladder, metal bar safety railing.
2nd Bedroom: Single tip-up bunk. A window, cabinets (one for hanging clothes), counter, electronic hook-ups.
Kitchen: Large stainless steel type LG refrigerator w/bottom freezer. Microwave, stove, pantry. An island with overhead lighting, double sink with countertop covers. Above island remote-controlled ceiling vent. Opposite the island is bench seating and table, small pull-out extension. Storage under benches. I understood the benches make a bed.
Livingroom: Centrally located ceiling fan, 2 recliners. On the rear wall, a 3-cushion sofa with storage. Entertainment center counter (electronics hook-ups) and upper cabinet. Underneath is an adjustable fireplace with a fan, heats well.
Upper Storage Cabinets: Some with “glass” fronts, above bench seating, recliners, fireplace & sofa. Additional counter and storage cabinets in the kitchen, along the adjoining second bedroom wall.

A/C: front = 13,500 BTU, rear = 15,000 BTU
Front cover = fiberglass protective bib?
Central vacuum cleaner
Water heater = 10 gal.
Vent pillow cushions
Kingpin stabilizer
Roof ladder
Rear hitch
Never been up on the roof, but I understand besides the A/C units, there is satellite for tv. There is an antenna control on the hallway ceiling.
I believe the power awning is 19’ wide, w/an awning light.
Carpet runs on steps.

Honesty Note:
While there seems to be keyless entry, I do not have the entry code.
Couldn’t get 1 recliner to open.
Small glued cut on kitchen floor…not been a problem, had my kitchen rug over it anyway.
Never used the heater, propane, washer/dryer connections, kitchen power vent, or electronics hook-ups.
I purchased a tv for the living room; it may go w/the home if it makes a difference in a sale.
