I have a 2018 Casita Spirit Deluxe that is in excellent condition with new tires and is ready to camp and boondock. We purchased new from the factory in May 2018. It has the blue interior. Here are the options we bought when we ordered it:

It also carries our outdoor carpet used in front of the trailer door while camping. It has ax, wedge, sledge hammer, leveling blocks, etc.
* two storage areas for 2.5 gallon (total of 5 gallons) of fuel on front tongue (this is for generator)
* four scissor type stabilizer jacks
* spare tire mounted on crank down cable pulley under the casita just rear of the axle (same system as on a truck spare tire carrier)
* custom double mattress from Southern Mattress with two sets of custom sheets from AB Lifestyles. (I also have the 4 place dinette table top / cushions that have never been used as we leave the bed made at all times)
* two marine 2-speed fans 12vDC mounted over sleeping area
* digital thermostat for the furnace
* electronic igniter for propane stove
* Bathroom shelf guards x 2 from Little House Customs

* New in May 2020 upsized tires (16” on original wheels, lifted trailer an additional ½”)
