We are the first and only owners of our RV; bought brand new in 2015. All the quirks, that are all too common on brand new coaches, have been worked out. We've camped regularly over the past 5 years. She never sat for more than 45-ish days without being driven.
She has a full size residential refrigerator with its own inverter. She sleeps 7 people, 2 in the queen bed, 2 on the pull-out couch, 2 on the dining table when converted to a bed, and one in the fold-away bunk above the driver.
We had installed a Progressive Industries HW50C 50-amp surge protector to protect against adverse power conditions.
There are 3 TV's and a surround sound system. TV's are located in the main house, bedroom, and outside. There is an outdoor radio.
The engine has 374 hours. The generator has 192 hours. All regular maintence was completed correctly and on time. I have a full compendium of maintenance records, instruction manuals, etc.
