We like to call her The Nimitz afther the battleship. She has a lot of life left to give her new owner. We purchased a newer unit a few weeks ago. just drove her 500 miles without issue, started right up after sitting a couple months. Here are some details:

The Good:
Cummins Diesel, runs great
Allison Transmition, no issues
Roof freshly painted in '20
tires about 2 years old, maybe 2000 miles
Onan Generator, 6.5KW, runs great
dual gas/electric fridge freezer, Dometic, no issues
dual air conditioners, no issues
propane heater, dual zone, one zone good, one zone down
DC water pump, no issues
TV, stereo, no issues
shower/tub, toilet, work fine
hot water heater, working well
three hydraulic leveling jacks, all working
Microwave oven, propane oven and stove, all good
power entry step works well
headlights replaced a couple years ago
Batteries (three) all less than a year old
back up camera works
exaust vent fans (2) both work
decorative crome rims all new a couple years ago

The Bad:
none of the awnings work
the interior laminate is poor in the bedroom, delaminating on the bedside tables, you can see it in the photo. Kitchen and bathroom counters are fine
exterior body is scratched in places, dented in places
you better like brown interior and cabinets
one of the exterior storage compartment handles is broken
left turn signal will deactivate cruise control
a couple windows are fogged

We tried to price the unit to be the least expensive class A diesel available that is water tight, running fine and ready for what you have in mind. Many additional photos avaialble upon request.
