Alumascape Suite 36 is an exteremely well put together on great designed chasis and roof. Outside was annually maintained. Inside, the unit feels near new, due to good materials, workmanship and also owner's care.

As a Canadian I could not drive to Arizona this winter due to virus. I am currenly living in it and taking care of the unit. It is wonderful unit with:

• 4 slides

• King size bed with near new mattress topper

• washer and dryer

• near new flooring

• near new electric canopy

• printer and 2 TV (negotiable)

• two rocking recliners(good shape)

• Sofa bed

• two partitions.

This is a dream unit ready to use comfortably by one couple and occasional visitors. The unit was mostly parked, has very little mileage.
