Sleeps 5 (King, sleeper sofa and drop-down bed over cockpit). 2 A/C's, 1 Furnace, large fridge, convection-microwave oven (bakes great cookies), 3 burner gas stove, deep kiotchen sinks, Newmar's signature sturdy wall and ceiling support system which results in a surprisingly quiet coach both on the road and at the campsite.

Check this one out! Essentially brand new, only took 2 trips, last trip ended in September 2020, no pets, no smoking, spotless inside and out. We only had this coach since the summer of 2019 and a medical issue came up recently. Sadly we must stop our on-the-road-adventures for now. The coach has always been stored at a commercial lot with the top covered. While in storage vinyl and cloth covers were used on the tires, windshield wipers and side mirrors.

We have been enjoying the Rv life since I retired in 2013. We had never checked out the Newmar brand until the summer of 2019 and when we saw the Newmar Bay Star we were completely impressed. Excellent attention to every detail, superior craftmenship, hand stained solid wood throughout. And Newmar provides a 24 hour real-person advisor for the customers to call to get help with any aspect of the coach.

The floor plan really stands out on this Bay Star 3226. The king size bed in the bedroom is a regular mattress, not a foam one which we find is very comfortable. The dining table option with chairs has really worked out for us. And 2 additional chairs stored under the bed make it easy to entertain guests. There is ample storage throughout the coach which allowed us to bring everything we needed and not leave anything behind. And outside I found the bays sizes were just right for all my traveling needs including tools, lawn chairs, hoses and dump accessories.

I also was very happy with the slide mechanisms Newmar utilizes. In past coaches I always worried about the long term use of the worm gears or slotted metal slide rods. Newmar has a different system and it is very solid sounding as it goes in and out.

From my research and from what I have been informed, this coach has a 100% Retail Value of a a few thoudand dollars under $120,000. My selling price of $105,000 is a very good deal because I want to move on in a timely manner and I dont mind helping someome out who wants to live the Rv dream.
