This is an amazing RV built on the gas powered Dodge RAM Promaster 3500 extended van chassis which gives it a rugged yet refined exterior and the beautiful large, windows are darkened which keeps the interior cool and provides for considerable privacy. Roadtrek has really thought of everything on this RV. There is a spacious center aisle and the interior is beautifully designed with plenty of storage. It has the luxurious Thule power steps on the driver, passenger and side cargo doors to allow for easy entry/exit as well as a sliding screen door on the side cargo door and a zip in screen for the back door. It’s so easy to drive and its size (20'11") allows you to secure the smaller campsites that frequently are the only ones remaining in many campgrounds! It has been well maintained, kept clean (no smokers) and stored under a specially built carport with a tarp underneath to prevent rodent damage. This model has two rear benches (with seat belts) that convert (powered) into a KING sized bed. The driver and passenger seats (kept covered) swivel around to allow for front dining as well as rear dining with a removable, floor mount post and tabletop which each have their own special storage spots. The galley is equipped with a microwave, a stainless sink, a two-burner propane stove and a folding counter shelf all with the upgraded granite countertop. There is a full permanent wetbath with toilet, sink and shower and a macerator pump on the disposal system to make emptying the black and gray tanks very quick, clean and simple. There is an outside hot/cold shower; the on-demand tankless water heater allows for quick access to hot water. The interior LED lights, multiple electric outlets and USB ports, pull out pantry, 22” flat screen TV/DVD player/cable TV plug, numerous cabinets and drawers, large refrigerator, power ceiling fan, automatic propane heating system and ceiling air conditioner make for convenient and luxurious camping! There is a standard 2” square tow hitch with 2000# towing capacity as well as an added high end Fiamma bike rack (two bikes) designed specifically for the back door of the Promaster vans.
