This travel trailer is in new condition and selling it because my wife found another one she wants. It has plenty of windows, rear living,rollaway island,2 recliners, sofa folds out to a bed,dining table area makes a bed, master has a short queen bed. It is rated to sleep 6. There's plenty of storage. It has one 13,500 BTU air conditioner which cools well for our needs even in the hottest summer days. The living area includes a 42" smart tv which can be moved outside and hung on a factory bracket with satellite/cable and electric plugs. It has a 21' awning, outdoor shower with light, a rack on the back and a spare tire. Inside the refrigerator runs on electric or gas, the stove/oven is gas and the furnace is gas, also a microwave, farm sink,and an electric fireplace. The bathroom is somewhat roomy with enough storage for all of your bathroom needs. Dry weight is 7366 LBS and the GVWR is 11164 LBS. It has a cover on it when not in use.
