o In good condition.  Everything works perfect.  All appliances are in excellent condition. Has 2 flat screen tvs , private bedroom with new  queen size memory foam , 2 huge bunks that can sleep 4 , table turns into bed,  couch turns into bed ,bathroom has small tub for the lil ones.  No leaks or damage inside.  New tires,  new blinds inside.  Has super slide-out making extra roomy inside.  You can even put air mattress in the middle and sleep extra guests. We love our trailer but are planning to upgrade to class A motorhome. Registration is up to date . This trailer comes with cold weather package.
