We are selling our beautiful trailer to upgrade to a fifth wheel - we love it but are quickly outgrowing the space it provides. It has two brand new 30-pound propane tanks with propane take lock (Included). Two new batteries purchased in June 2020, a new upgraded shower head for optimal water flow and efficiency, oversized bunks that are each rated at 600 lbs so you can have multiple kids sleeping on each bed, I've never seen bunks as big as these ones in this trailer they fit both of my kids in one with plenty of extra room. It also has a HUGE shower, I'm 6'4 and stand up comfortably in it with plenty of room on either side of me as well as a glass 3-piece shower door so no shower curtain to stick to you. It has electric stabilizer jacks and tongue jack so no hand cranking at all, LED Strip for outside lights under the awning. It has frameless windows, lots of storage, and great for a family. The trailer sleeps 8 comfortably but can do more if they are kids. I towed this trailer with my F-150 with no issues, its dry weight is 7175 (GVWR 9250).

What's included?

1. 14,000 lbs Equal-i-zer Hitch and sway bars (You'll need to buy a new Sway control bracket (50 -75$) < Way bigger than you need to pull this trailer but I always over do it on the safty stuff
2. Oversized Mat for outside
3. X-Chalk
4. Water hoses, including the outside water hose and the hose we use to tank flush
5. 2 extra 30 AMP extension cables

Things that aren't perfect
1. The awning caught on a tree brach and tore in the top left corner, we were able to put some Black Gorilla Tape on the top and bottom and we have had zero leaks and no additional wear.
2. The previous owner dented the front skirt of the trailer, it has no impact on any of the functionality only aesthetically.
