This a 23ft Class C motorhome made in 2013 (model year) by Adventurer LP RB23 in Washington State, on a Ford E-350 chassis with the 6.8L V10 EFI engine. It's very clean inside and out, it's in really good condition. The vehicle has been maintained and serviced on a regular basis, no issues, it's good to go. In addition to making sure there are no mechanical issues we also did some cosmetic work such as cleaning and/or re-sealing caulking all around the vehicle. It has been thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.

The motorhome has the usual features and amenities, it does have a built-in 4kW ONAN generator, a tow package, and the backrest of the forward facing seat bench in the dinette are has an extra tall backrest to accommodate 3-point seat belts allowing for the installation of child seats. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, freezer and microwave oven.
