Selling my 2006 motor home. These Fleetwood motorhomes were built with quality and excellence! Near mint condition. Won’t find a cleaner one! No issues. Everything works great! No leaks! New tires. Generator tune up including new fuel pump/filter carb cleaned. LOW hours on generator, check picture! New battery for coach. Recent total brake overhaul with new everything. Have paperwork for all maintenance work done. Has surround system. V-10 with low miles for year.54,xxx. Huge basement storage, can send pics. Best floor plan I’ve seen in a 26 footer. No slides so no worries of issues. I installed a backup camera and a side entry camera. LED lights throughout. Fridge runs on propane and electric. Heat is propane. AC works great! Ducted air and heat. Queen bed. Smart tv in bedroom. DVD player. Have all manuals for RV. Chair by entry door is in RV currently even though pictures don’t show it, took it out for more storage for my travels. Anymore questions just shoot me a text or call. Just got back from going to Maine then to Yellowstone and back to Chattanooga. No issues.

NEVER any smoking or pets. Maintained humidity at 35%-40%. Used ADCO cover in winter (included in sale.) Used only Ford Motorcraft Synthetic Blend motor oil and filter. Never applied petroleum-based products to coach surfaces. No accidents!
