Newer roof in 2015. New, rebuilt refrigerator in March 2020. Good set of tires and spare. Has curtain side room. Has 5 curtains around the bottom. Has rubberized mat to enter trailer. Has 2 wheel blocks and 6x6 blocks for jacks. It will tow up to 100 miles if needed. All systems check out and are working. New batteries in 2019.
