A spacious interior living and kitchen area combined. Storage is abundant with overhead cabinets all around. Above the cab seats you will notice a drop-down queen-size bed for added sleeping space when needed for overnight guests. a residential refrigerator, a 44" x 72" booth dinette & a jackknife sofa slide out. In the Kitchen is an angled double sink, upgraded 2 burner induction cooktop range with overhead microwave/convection oven, added is a Fisher Paykel Dishwasher, a food pantry with slide out racks and plenty of overhead cabinets for your daily dishes and other kitchen items.

Mid coach enjoy the convenience of a half bath featuring a corner vanity sink with storage, and a toilet.

Just outside the bathroom door along the angled outer bath wall you will find an upgraded 43" LED Smart TV & Sound Bar. There is also an electric fireplace to enjoy!

The rear master bedroom suite features a king Serenity Series articulating bed that slides out to offer a bit more floor space and lifts to access storage below. There is also storage above & opposite the bed with dual dressers and a center upgraded 32" LED Smart TV. A Washer & Dryer are also included! An en suite bath is at the rear of the coach featuring a shower, vanity with sink, plus toilet & wardrobe.The reading lights in the bedroom were replaced with directional LEDs. The side tables in the bedroom have been replaced with Quartz, narrower to make changing the linens easier & longer. Some of the outlets in the coach were replaced to include USB Plugs to charge your devices. Custom Vent covers were added to dampen sound of A/C & Maxxair vent covers were installed so that the roof vents could be kept open during travel.

The Outside TV was also replaced with a Vizio TV & has a am/fm Radio.

Also included is a Wally RV receiver & a Winegard Pathway Satellite Antenna with both a Ladder and Tripod mount.

This unit offers a few different upgrades, the sound system in the main living area is a Vizio surround sound system with subwoofer. The kitchen has installed Quartz countertops & the sink was replaced with a slightly larger one, ideal for dishwashing.The coach has NEW Yokohama RY023 Tires (255/70R/22.5), installed 8/2020.
